Club Newsletter Help Needed

 
Good Afternoon Sunrise Rotarians -
 
We need your help. As you are aware, we have been working to streamline and organize all Club Communications. As part of this effort, we have turned toward the ClubRunner Bulletin feature to build and distribute weekly club bulletins. Club Bulletins are an important part of the communication strategy for the club and provide the following benefits -
  1. They provide you with a current update of what is happening and a recap of recent events.
  2. They are a great recruiting tool for you to forward to friends and perspective members.
  3. They serve as a historical record for club activities
So what do we need from you -
  • Pictures, pictures and more pictures - good, high quality pictures capturing Rotarians in Action serve as a great asset for our weekly newsletter/bulletin and website. Please send these to lrrsunrise@gmail.com.
  • Stories, stories and more stories - we need 3-5 volunteers to be official club storytellers. These people will write stories for the newsletter/bulletin or edit stories that other club members write. This will require a commitment of approximately 1 hour per month.
  • Newsletter Editors - we need at least 2 volunteers willing and able to edit the Newsletter and distribute it weekly. This will require 30 minutes of your time each time you are the editor. It is very straightforward task and will take less time once you are familiar with the process.
